In some cases, an information letter from the post office representative may already be attached to the parcel. You must take a picture of this letter! With the postman who delivered the package to you, immediately draw up a damages statement or contact your post office to draw up such a statement and file a complaint. If, upon opening the package, you find that part of the attachment is missing or the package is copied, take high-quality photos from all sides of the package and contents. With these materials, contact the post office for obtaining a report on the theft of the contents of the package or part of it during transportation.
